The Arts

At St Paul’s, each child participates in an Arts program which allows them to experience learning and success in a creative way. The program is designed to give children the opportunity to explore their imaginative and creative selves, through creating, making, exploring and responding.

Our students work as individuals and in teams, to explore different aspects of our world through various forms of Art.

Biannually, an Art Show is held which is a celebration of the students’ creative skills in Visual Arts. We look forward to presenting our show in October this year.

A musical production is held in the alternate year to the Art Show. All Senior students take part in the production program, whilst students from other levels are also invited to participate. This experience for our students develops and celebrates our acting, dancing and singing skills. Previous productions include ‘Mulan’ and ‘Beauty The Beast’ and The Little Mermaid’’. We are very proud of our students who performed in “The Lion King” in 2018. We look forward to presenting the Performing Arts talent of St.Paul’s again in the near future.

The Middle and Senior students at St Paul’s have the opportunity to join MASC (Middle and Senior choir). MASC perform regularly throughout the year at school and community events.

The Arts program is an exciting aspect of the curriculum at St Paul’s. In 2015, 2017 and 2019 some of children exhibited some of their artworks at the local Granary Cafe. You can view these from the following link: Sunshine Gallery
